Valentine’s @ Brussels Sprouts

This Valentine’s Day, head down to the popular Mussels and Beer Belgian Bistro, Brussels Sprouts for a decadent evening in celebration of love and romance.
Chocolates are a significant part of the Belgium culture and no Belgian meal is complete without it. Embark on a journey of discovery with a chocolate-inspired menu created by Chef Emmanuel Stroobant, using only the best Belgian Chocolates.
Choose from a list of items from the Valentine’s specials such as the seared king scallop with pink grapefruit and white chocolate emulsion that promises to delight and awaken your senses.
Slow braised veal cheek with ciney brune, orange zest and pure chocolate sauce for the main course guarantees to excite your palate with the divine balance of savory, sweet, and citrus flavors.
For the perfect finalé, be seduced by the melting heart chocolate cake served with marinated cherries and bourbon vanilla ice-cream.
The Valentine’s special menu is only available from 11 February till the 17 February.

Floris Chocolate
As its name suggests, Floris Chocolate has a profoundly chocolate flavour. However, it doesn't differ from other Floris beers in that it has a fruit aspect to it, along with honey. There is some honey in the finish, and it has a chocolate, honey sweet smell. It's a sweet beer with a fruity, chocolatey texture and a smooth, bubbly head of froth. |
